This can occur for any of the following reasons:
- A firewall is preventing the setup file from running.
- You do not have the appropriate access rights – you need to be logged on as an Administrator to install the Viewer software.
- You have uninstalled the Viewer and have not emptied the old version from your Trash. Make sure there are no copies of the Viewer installation in your Trash before installing a new version of Safeguard.
