1) The most likely reason for this is that you have a proxy enabled in your browser that is restricting the sites you are allowed to go to or the actions that can be performed through the proxy.
Please check your Internet Explorer proxy settings from the Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings button > Proxy Server. If proxy details are displayed then uncheck the “use a proxy server” check box.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make this check even if you don’t use Internet Explorer as your default browser since LockLizard software uses IE components to access the Internet.
2) Check that your firewall has port 443 open and the server name you are connecting to is added to your white list.
