Error: When I open a Document it just says validating document and hangs

In order to fix this issue, please do the following:

  1. Check that you have enough memory and free disk space available.  Remove all applications from startup and reboot your computer.  Close down any other active applications using Windows Task Manager.
  2. Check that your firewall software is not preventing pdcviewer.exe from accessing the Internet.
  3. Install the latest version of the Viewer software, remove your keystore, and then re-register your license.
