Error: When I make changes to a document on the Admin system it is not being updated in the Web Viewer dashboard

If you make changes on the Safeguard administration system for a document (expiry, no. of views/prints, etc.), it will not reflect in the Web Viewer dashboard because the Admin system does not communicate back with the Web Viewer.  The Web Viewer communicates with the server and not the other way round, and the Viewer does not pull down the updated data from the admin system.

The access controls however will be enforced and work regardless because before the document is opened the Web Viewer checks with the admin server to see what access controls are in place.

So whilst the Web Viewer dashboard display is not updated, the document access controls are still enforced.

The updated display issue will be resolved in the next version of the Web Viewer.
