Error: The dashboard always shows ‘loading please wait’. The document list is never populated.

This could be because of any of the following reasons:

  1. You are using a browser version that is not supported by the Web Viewer.  Please refer to the Web Viewer technical specifications.
  2. You have your Browser security settings set to maximum.  You must lower your browser security settings to enable scripts to run (JavaScript).
  3. Your company firewall is blocking JavaScript.
