Error: Document taking a long time to open – Checking Document Validity message takes a while to disappear

This can be caused if you have registered more than one user account because checks are being made against each entry to see which is the correct one.

Remove your keystore and then re-register to speed up the document opening process.

To remove your keystore use:  Windows Start menu >> ll Programs >> Locklizard >> Lizard “product name” >> Viewer >> Remove Keystore (where “product name” is the name of the product you are using).
