Issue: Document always crashes at the same page and generates an error report

This is because the document contains features that are not compatible with the SDK we use to generate the PDF content.

You need to save the PDF file to an older compatible version.

In Acrobat Pro do the following:

  • From the Document menu > select Reduce File Size > select make compatible with Acrobat 5 (pdf version 1.4).

Note: older versions before Acrobat 4 (pdf version 1.3) do not retain hyperlinks so you will want to select at least Acrobat 5 compatibility.
