FAQ: How do I send a license file as HTTP rather than HTTPS?

You need to connect to your admin system using HTTP rather than HTTPS (so change the HTTPS in the browser address bar to HTTP and then login), then go to the user’s record (Customers Tab > Details) and save the license to file.  The license file (.llv) will then be saved as HTTP rather than HTTPS.

If you are sending license links to customers then you can just edit the link so that it starts with HTTP rather than HTTPS.  Your customers can also do this at their end by changing the HTTPS to HTTP in the browser address bar before pressing ENTER to register.
