Error: Viewer license emails are not being received straight away

Viewer license emails may be received straight away whilst other times there is a delay.

This is because the ISP we use uses load balancing protocols to even out undue volumes at peak times.  This is something outside of our own control and is a common practice among ISPs.

If you have concerns over using our SMTP servers then we recommend that you configure your own SMTP server in the Safeguard Admin System via the Settings Tab > Mail Server (SMTP) link.  You may however experience the same situation as most likely your ISP will use similar load balancing protocols.
