Error: The folder ll-master is appearing in the Viewer license files URL

Modify the server URL by removing the /ll-master/ from the end of the URL.

That area may need to be changed if for some reason the server path can’t be detected, i.e. server misconfiguration/proxy/reverse DNS etc.

Once the URL has been changed test a new license by downloading it and registering it (from both link, and from admin > customer details > download license).

If that does not work put the /ll-master/ back in the server license url and do a workaround via a htaccess redirect.
