Error Message: Invalid user. License check failed. The account doesn’t exist in our system

This error message is displayed if you have changed the password for your administration system but are registering with a Writer license file that contains the old password information.

When you changed your account password you should have received an email with your new Writer license file.  Please use this Writer license to register.

If you did not receive, or have mislaid this email then please contact LockLizard support and ask them to send you your license file.
