Error Message: Invalid start date format in CSV customer import

This error is displayed when importing a CSV file if

  • the start date is not in the format mm-dd-yyyy
  • the start date is after the date 2037

 

If you are using Safeguard v3 or Enterprise v4 then importing a list of users with invalid start dates after the year 2037 will cause the system to not respond and only start dates before 2038 will be imported.
