Error: Mac users cannot register their license files with our own server system

This is because you have used an IP address instead of a domain name for your server. As stated in the manual, you must assign a domain name to your server.

To fix this change the “Server URL” from your Safeguard master admin system -> Settings -> Modify Server URL from an IP address to a domain name.

Once you have done this you must resend users their license files since license files re-created after the admin change include the new server path with the domain.
